      Pros

      - The people are genuinely great—passionate, curious, and driven. - Knowledge‑hungry culture where incompetence is the exception, not the norm. - Strong investment in AI skills and tools. - The company actively searches for the best learning platforms for employees. - Leadership listens to feedback and acts on it.

      Cons

      - The redundancies wiped out roughly 100 people, and the scramble to fill the gaps led to hiring some blatantly unqualified replacements. - Excellent QAs were laid off simply because they didn’t do automation, yet now that hiring has dried up, the company is quietly bringing in manual QAs again—just rebranded as “QEs.” - R&D management is mostly a façade; many contribute nothing, and when they finally step in, they create more confusion than direction. - Upper management talks endlessly about a “shift‑left” mindset, but middle management just waits around for instructions, acting only when someone else tells them what to do.

      Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times. Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving. Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

      Pros

      Our current leadership is among the best in the country. That drives great teamwork, customer service and confidence in what we deliver. I also love a hybrid environment with intentional in-person team time.

      Cons

      They are working on this, but advancement opportunities and better use of skills sets for persons with clinical quality backgrounds.
