      Pros

      Very good manager. It management with this company is top notch. Willing to listen to new ideas. Very demanding but they have to be. When IT management walked in, nothing was documented and they needed answers.

      Cons

      Corporate budget issues. RLJ is heavily in debt which made it hard to modernize operations for its Stillwater office. Don't know how this is affecting other offices but Stillwater location was shuttered and entire staff laid off.

      -Amazing Flexibility -Understanding, cohesive staff -Allows you to work independently -Doesn't Micromanage -Everyone is willing to roll their sleeves up to get the job done, they don't expect one person to do it all. -Fun & Positive place to work. -People work together vs. against each other

      Cons

      Outdated ERP system needs upgrades to deal with the type of business and daily transactions.
