I used to work at flairstech for 3 months without receiving any negative feedback on my performance and suddenly without any notice, i have been informed that my probation period is going to be extended!!! Extension for a probation period!!! is this legal? or is this an option for an employee to who already passed the probation to be informed that it’s going to be extended and if so, why I am not informed with my weakness point during my probation, I am sorry that I spent these useless time in such company and I am not recommending anyone to work there moreover they gave me tasks that are not related to my job and they stress on finishing it instead of focusing on my target !! This is very unprofessional ! Choose any company in the world except this one !
