If you are about to join the RNS Solutions then keep in mind that they monitor each and every second of your privacy, everything is CCTV monitored and if you talk to a colleague for 5 minutes the Boss's brother will come and explain that you are wasting time, Working with RNS is like working in a jail. The boss and his brother are too nosy and want to manage everything on their own, No department head can approve the leave, not even the HR, the boss himself approves the leaves (if you are very lucky) I will never join such a place even if they pay me twice of what the paid me before. If you are about to join, please ask about the leave policy and CCTV monitoring in your interview.
