Pros

Work around agents and managements schedules, work with the management to make sure things are running smoothly, very fair with the agents, working one on one with them to make sure they understand their jobs and what they need to be doing everyday to continue to be awesome.

Cons

There is cons to EVERY job, I would have to say the pay is something that can improve here, and doing more reviews with agents and management to coach and let the agents know what area's to improve to be making more money and keeping them here.
