Pros

The pay rate is not that bad , the our when you work is not that bad either , working from home is a plus .

Cons

Management does not care to call you or talk to you if you have any problems or issues, I’ve read a lot of reviews and I hope I’m working with a team that will at least care about their new hires if your working in a business part of your job is to help new hires wether if your working or not help them succeed so if ROI’s Motto is to help others then Stop being lazy and help your other colleagues simple !! Don’t be lazy and think you don’t have a job to do !!
