Equipment cannot support client needs, no empathy for people even if performing well any time off if ill requires a doctors note, benefits are terrible and no one internal to reach out too, training is non existent or missing critical pieces to do the job, leadership inappropriately talks down to agents and says rude and disrespectful things often swearing or attacking people, HR not involved to address any concerns, hire some great people and often they leave as pay is terrible and they would rather have turn over than pay for good people, campaigns start and stop frequently having to miss pay until next campaign or thrown into a new one with little communication. Many people used in a capacity for leadership below their skill set. Always focused on negative and never rewarding the positive performers.
