Nepotism is rampant in this company, if you are not in with the bosses, you will not get treated fairly. Raises are offered but never honored, and they will throw you into different campaigns with little to no information, and there is nothing you can do about it. Training is not great, they will let you sink or swim, and they constantly threaten to fire you. They do not honor schedules when you move to another campaign, beware of that.
