Pros

A few things I love about working for ROI: I get to work from home, giving me the advantage of spending my breaks with my kids and husband instead of in a break room. I’ve made new friends from across the country. I feel like I can really connect with most of my customers and have received excellent reviews in the process. I’ve had several situations that were out of my hands and Sadie has been the best when it comes to empathy and working around said situations and my schedule. I’ve learned so much from computer programs to product knowledge that I use daily, even non work related situations.

Cons

The main con in my opinion are rude customers. They’ve been few and far between for the most part tho. Other than that, another con would be pay rate. It’s fine for me because my husband works as well, but I would never make it working here on a single income having kids to provide for.
