      Good working environment, Time Flexibility, Salary on Time, Smart & Hardworking executive are there.

      Cons

      No Policy Follow, Bad Appraisal, No job security, Can fire anytime, can ask u to leave without any reason, No respect of executives' work: if you highlighted in manager eyes you r not safe there, bad management.

      no designing & branding team, Should spend more to drive internal sales from website &also need to update dev technologies & must for mobile apps
