ROI is a sinking ship & employees are simply treading water. Employees are assigned too many clients and battle unrealistic client expectations promised by upper management and/or the sales team. Due to the workload and lack of support from management, employees often feel undervalued, under appreciated and just fed up. The review process is very frustrating and not transparent, and it takes a long time to get promoted and it has become even more challenging over the past year. At any given time, I would estimate that 60% of employees are actively looking for work elsewhere. As a result, ROI has lost a majority of its strategic experts and industry leaders over the past two years due to a high turnover rate. Employees are still leaving the company, from all levels, at a consistent rate.
