      Pros

      I was a department of one, wearing many hats. Created the entire sales process from the script, sequencing, email templates, sales strategy. Performed cold outreach daily with the goal of setting qualified meetings. The job was the most autonomous job I have ever had. I would spend about 1 total hour a week talking to people within the company. Enjoyed being able to focus on my job without any distractions. The CEO treated me very well and would approve any ideas or requests I had to find better success. Would love to work with her again.

      I was a department of one, so it meant I didn't interact with any of the other teammates outside of 15 minutes a week.

      Pros

      The CEO really cares about her team. She takes you out to lunch, asks how your day is going and will become a lifelong friend and great business connection. The other employees are all very friendly as well and it was a very welcoming environment. The office is super cool with a bunch of free perks and nap pods! As long as you accomplish your tasks the schedule is very flexible and Carolyn is very understanding. Very fun work and you get to work with a bunch of excellent companies.

      -Company paid individual health insurance

      Cons

      -Leadership is very quick to make snap decisions that impact future state of the business and people careers -Pay scales are inconsistent even within departments -Multiple employee terminations without cause or reason -Quarterly "State of the Company" Often leads to ditch to ditch strategy jumps and the "We came up short to our expectations so we have to switch everything we are doing right now" -Pointless restructures and processes -Lack of Communication from a top down view on long term goals and scope
