Depending on your position and department, the total amount of work is significantly different e.g. HR has loads of work and provides more opportunities to get more experiences. The welfare system is well established and they have good flexibility in work hours.
Cons
Lots of extra works depending on departments and the pay will be satisfying from around 4th or 5th year.
