Pros
You meet the boss and owner and he is fair to work with. Most seasoned employees are helpful, honest folks.
Cons
Poorly organized and run wishful thinking. Machines are old and dire need of overhaul. You will rarely have a shift without a break down. Wasteful - entire 55 gallon drums of perfectly good QC but misshapen product can be sent to the landfill without batting an eye. Boss is a hyperactive type common in the manufacturing world with those usual " always keep moving even if it's counterproductive to the situation" mentality.
