Pros

I've received a good raise and bonus every year. There are opportunities for company-paid training and conferences. Management is very approachable and personable.

Cons

It can be a little chaotic sometimes, but I would rather be busy than bored.

Pros

Rowe is a company that genuinely wants people to grow within the company. Many people at ROWE have worked there for long periods of time if not their entire careers. Over the years you can see how they progressed from graduate level to mid-level to senior level and to management and up. Its encouraging because you know they actually mean you can grow within the company and leadership isn't just blowing smoke. Rowe is also a very flexible company. If you work in the office you can build your own schedule around core hours and work from home 2-3 days a week. They are also very understanding when personal things come up (family emergency, kids sports game, etc.) I've been here close to 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here so far.

Cons

It is a midsized company, getting close to 300 employees at this point. Because its so midsized leadership gets to know everyone working at Rowe. I actually love this because you can actually have conversations with Principals and the CEO and they never act like they are better than you. But if you'd rather be just a number, or one of thousands of employees this might not be the place for you.
