Pros
Good people and equipment on the day to day, would do anything to cover customer jobs. Building relationships and trust with those customers was gaining momentum until ops personnel and equipment was cut to a skeleton crew.
Cons
Upper management is either out of touch or just not qualified to successfully lead this business. They have been making poor decisions that cost money and business seemingly to sabotage particular business units.
