Very friendly employees, and management that encourages growth.

No cons, I enjoyed my time with this employer.

The health insurance is very good and very affordable. The facility was updated a few years ago and is a fairly pleasant place to work, whether in the office or on the plant floor. There is a single shift for the plant and flextime is usually available to both office and plant personnel.

The president is a tyrant and thinks nothing of shouting profanities to people who he thinks let him down. He regularly says "There are 168 working hours in the week" to salaried folks. The company will take and take if you let it, without giving back whatsoever. Currently the financial state is pretty dire and many people have either been let go or have left to avoid a messy end.
