Business outlook
Pros
Flexibility, Strong mentoring/social culture, Friendly and approachable staff, loads of hands on learning. High demand for skillset in current industry
Cons
8.5 hour work days including lunch Low pay for entry level jobs in an extremely in-demand industry No Union or a pay transparency, and pay adjustments are based on performance reviews with opaque guidelines. No DEI as their policies were removed during the trump administrations term, smaller scale initiatives are in place Graduate pay is close to minimum wage, and with a large workload it's clear there's an attitude of a lot of new labour cheaply
