Pros

RS is a good company to work for with a good calibre of skillset, especially in Technology. Management is generally good, and there is lots of opportunity for growth, & development.

Cons

For various reasons, it takes a long time to deliver projects. Being a large organisation it can be frustrating when departments still work in silos. Lots improvement opportunities especially around processes and collaboration. We have an ambitious agenda and people are generally flat out working long hours.
