Senior leadership and the Board are entirely white (with the exception of one ethnic minority lady on the Board) and all with a similar professional background. While there are a couple of great leaders on there, they are in the minority and so there is very little diversity of thought. The negative impact that this has on exploring new ideas , creativity, productivity and nurturing a feeling of inclusion and belonging is palpable.
