Pros
Great if you're LBGTQ or from minority background. Not the same if you're female though. Lots of mental health support & family first attitude allowing flexible working. Lots of occupational health support Lots of opportunities to move to different areas, and progress. Good benefits. The workers in the teams are great, mostly, unless you're unlucky enough to get a bad apple. if you do, learn how to deal, as it wont get addressed.
Cons
Blame culture not addressed as an unacceptable behaviour, especially if the person responsible for the bad behaviour is a high performer; the behaviour tends to be justified & accepted by managers. If you point out the bad behaviour to your line manager, you're not supported, in fact you're more than likely to be gaslighted, especially if you're female, and the bad behaviour comes from a male colleague. More bad managers than good ones. Pay is low end of the scale. Managers still work in silo, and this isnt addressed by senior management.
