Pros
-Managers are best of breed - you can learn a ton from them -Benefits are excellent - good employee discounts, tuition reimbursement -Work can be challenging but you feel you make a difference every day -A TON of training is made available to employees - foolish not to take advantage of it! -Employees help define culture - those who want to make a difference are enabled to do so
Cons
-Some red tape with it being such a large organization, but this is often over exaggerated by some people.
