Pros
One of the best things about working at RSE is that there is plenty of opportunities for progression this is namely due to the rapid rate the company is expanding. Another one of the advantages is you can talk to anyone at any level and they are always happy to assist your development.
Cons
One of the downsides of working at RSE is that due to the company expanding the facilities are stretched this seems to be improving by opening new facilities.
