      Lack of project management expertise. Weak product. No work life balance. Male dominated. Good ole boy management philosophy. Would rather hire 10 college graduates and fire 9 of them than hire one seasoned professional. Zero mentoring of new hires. Sink or swim mentality

      Onboarding process is extremely smooth.

      Cons

      Micro-management is off-the-charts: they monitor your mouse and typing activity. Pay is awful.
