Bad politics and overworked - Senior Assurance Associate RSM Employee Review

Low turnover at manager levels which is a big red flag. What this means is blame is being shifted down to the Senior and Staff levels. The worst part is that you can't defend yourself because this is all done behind closed doors. Hours are just as bad as Big4, if not worse. People get promoted/fired based on politics and not merit. Too much duplicity.
