      Pros

      Occasional quality coworkers, interesting projects. Great place for college hires who don't know what a professional work environment looks like.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics, clique's and brown nosing. People have a tendency to treat peers and subordinates with extreme unprofessionalism, without any repercussions. The company portrays a diverse and inclusive environment, but rewards people based on very subjective traits tied to who they know and how much power those people have. Billable hours is the only measure of performance, even though other traits are offered up.

      Pros

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Cons

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
