Pros

They gave me a nice backpack when I started While nothing lavish, decent amount of office-wide events

Cons

Poor talent pool, so if you are a high performer, you'll likely be doing all the work Career advancement is not merit based and but about tenure year ends in April, but raises and promotions aren't effective until October Had a partner who who messed up on a deal and did some quasi-unethical things to the employees in order to line his pockets

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
