Pros

Mostly flexible during the off season - but hard to know what expectations are. Good salary coming out of college. Great gym to workout at that several people don't take advantage of.

Cons

Busy seasons are long and everything gets crammed to the last second because management does not communicate well at all. A lot of negativity and gossip around the office. Several good changes that are trying to get implemented get laughed at and scoffed at by management. Management and up have a high and mighty type of attitude. They like it how they like it and won't tell you what that is - they don't really look out for you in the end, it's their best interests at heart.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
