Company is running only for a name sake and for higher management people's fame in society. They will not think about the employees but company higher management people will expect employees to think about the company even after not providing the salaries for 3-4 months. Even it's waste of time to give long cons,but "SIMPLY YOU CAN BE IDEAL THAN CHOOSING THIS COMPANY FOR CAREER".
