      Senior veterinary team is institutionalised, lack any understanding of industry expected standards of veterinary care. Senior vet team does nothing to support junior vets in their day to day work. Very poor standards of veterinary medicine

      Supportive environment. Working with people who are dedicated to helping those without a voice.

      Cons

      Wages are low and you can’t access the salary sacrifice that other charities can claim due to the ATO not recognising animal charities.
