They work very hard to make RT Logic a great place to work. Employees and their families are treated very well. It really does feel like a family (not just a buzz phrase) Challenging work - we get to build equipment that supports our space and airborne programs that protect our country and our soldiers. You won't find a better leader than John Monahan. The company has really advanced under his leadership. Great Benefits, free snacks and soft drinks, lots of lunches provided for various occasions. Fun family activities including a winter weekend at Snow Mountain Ranch free for the whole family, family picnics, Christmas and Thanksgiving celebrations.
Cons
This is the best company in my career - I honestly do not have a negative feeling towards RT Logic. Some of the negative comments on this board are surprising and I cannot help but wonder if they may not be from real RT Logic employees.
