The learning environment is good, and seniors are generally supportive when I need help. The temple lead guides the team well and gives clarity when required. Remote work gives flexibility and saves time on travel. HR is responsive and helps with processes whenever needed.

The company expects you to handle all kinds of tasks — including tally work, editing, and unrelated responsibilities — in addition to your actual role. There’s no real career growth, and overall it’s 90% not a good place to join.
