Pros
- flexible working policy and good quality work equipment provided by the company
Cons
- dissapointing, uneducated management and team leaders lacking people management skills; things like last minute request to prepare a report on Christmas Eve were happening on a regular basis - toxic atmosphere with fake kindness - b2b contractors were expected to work 9-7 like when you have a contract of employment except you don’t ;-D - very general onboarding and induction, no role specific information, lack of materials/process guidebooks to learn from - non-transparent communication - no annual salary increase due to higher cost of living. The only way to have any salary raise was by being promoted. The thing was that not in every team and department the promotion path was possible - deminishing team leaders who were asking during Christmas party why you were not drinking (sic!) - if you make any mistake be prepared to be heavily punished as this is going to be remember forever - no benefits, no contract of employment (at least in my location) - no diversity and inclusion policy - no internal mobility policy - HR was not very helpful
