I did an internship and was then offered a FTC at RTL AdConnect. It was a great experience and was supported through the process of progression. I was well looked after and had monthly check-ins with my line manager.

I was working in an all-French team and sometimes found it a little unfriendly as there was a bit of cliqueyness. I think this partly came down to my lack of confidence both in French and in myself as it was my first ever job.
