      Excellent company culture and many opportunities to grow professionally within this growing firm. Project engineers at RTM work with all disciplines and system types.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to go around, which can feel overwhelming at times. The salary and benefits could be more competitive.

      Pros

      Training was well before team structure change.

      Cons

      No good work life balance. Work on a remote team but expected to be in office every day but for other people exception were made. Training on hybird team was not well. Did not follow the values they preach after months. Talking rude of other Managers behind back and in front of staff.
