This was an ideal first job for me coming out of college. A collaborative team environment where colleagues are always willing to share knowledge and help you learn.

When I first started there were not too many get togethers for employees to meet each other in person other than the annual holiday party. Though I will say that this has changed in the last year or so as they are starting to hold events every few months.

easy work life balance. work 9-5. work is relatively easy. work as a consultant so you are able to go to different companies and learn. training included.

not much to do. most of the time your on the beach doing nothing. you go to client and must learn on the spot.
