Pros
If you are motivated and willing to jump around departments, you will find some of the most knowledgeable, talented, and helpful people out there. They give a lot of opportunities to continue your education. You will rarely work over 40 hours a week if you don't want to.
Cons
It is a very traditional corporate environment with cubicles and many different managers, and it can be difficult to navigate the bureaucracy at times. Additionally, there seems to be more concern with seniority than skill when it comes to promotions.
