Pros
Most of the employees are good natured, helpful and supportive. A few, like any place, could be better and would benefit from some personal development. Management should encourage this as well.
Cons
Policies, processes and more policies. Trying to find your way on the intranet can be a challenge for certain topics. Some of the Managers apparently have had little people training. HR folks are not that helpful in getting you in or keeping you in.
