Pros
*Great salary and commission structure (under SDL) - however this was changing and to be capped at 115% under new comms plan.
Cons
*Does not listen to (or seem to care about) customer opinion (key customer) *Disengaged sales team (many are looking for other roles after the merge) *APAC is not a focus (approx 50% of the APAC sales team were made redundant) *Town halls during the early part of the merge should have been to inspire and get employee buy-in, the topics were so bland and uninspiring, can't even remember them
