Pros
Working remotely, no micro-managing, work when I want, management is great and open, expectations are clearly given, offers for more hours given often, pay is good, able to do well being appointments for work life balance. I really enjoy working for them and do not have any issues with my job. Having worked in remote positions before and with many other people has taught me to really read thru instructions that are given and follow thru.Management has been amazing and I have never felt like another number to them.
Cons
My only complaint is not the job but other co workers. You can tell those who have never worked remotely due to lack of awareness of complaining about everything. You can't make everyone happy but the complaints get annoying. Misery loves company and that misery spreads like fire.
