Management is imperious, incompetent, dishonest, threatening, and tone-deaf to faculty concerns and recommendations on working conditions, support for research, and general treatment as professionals. Foreigners are constantly remined that they are guests here. Two-year contracts are held over your head, and even these contracts are broken. If you have a real research agenda, this place will be a dead end for you; you will be drowned in teaching and administrative tasks and neverending, self-created crises from above.
