they feed you well. Some nice people there if you have worked there for a long time they look after you. But the company is changing there are new managers arriving that have no morals or intelligence and are just using the company as a easy pay check and will destroy the company.

If you get ill or sick they will terminate your contract. The people you work with I,E your work colleagues will conspire behind your back to get you a bad name in order to take any blame off themselves. They would rather see you lose your job than them take any blame.

The company had a great Design Department that liked to get things done correctly and not at any time did I see any poor quality or lazy approach. The people in the Production, Sales, Design, Purchasing were all very good and fully engaged. A really great team, something very hard to find in a lot of companies. I am still in contact with all the people that worked there although there were many leavers after the time I left due to a poor selection of Enginerring Manager at the time.

Very little was wrong with Racal Acoustics, like a lot of businesses it had its ups and downs. Good people are very hard to find and letting many of the team go was a mistake in my opinion. However, the people have all gone on to have great jobs and become very senior in a lot of cases. This of course demonstrates the capability in the staff that they had. People I still know and have great respect for, their new businesses have won big in getting them onboard and I believe that shows in the senior positions they now hold.
