As a dev this is a great company to work for. This is a team that genuinely likes working and spending time together. Managers are super understanding and supportive, work hours are flexible. They really incentivize you to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Plus a supportive learning environment.
Cons
Benefits package could be a lot better. Management team is always busy, so communication can be difficult at times.
