Starting pay well below market average. No merit increase. Promotions only given when someone leaves and they are desperate to fill a seat. Core values of HUMBLE, HUNGRY, SMART, INNOVATIVE, ACCOUNTABLE, CUSTOMER FOCUSED are not appreciate. The leadership team uses these terms as conditions of employment but does not uphold them their selves. Everyone in management seems to be miserable, hate their jobs and each other. Micromanagement at its finest. From the Owner's mouth at company safety meeting in January 2025 "A-Players will continue to have a place at Rackley Roofing, B- Players need to learn to step up and C- Players are (POOP- insert cuss word) OUT OF LUCK" Toxic culture. Plays favorites. The company does not value talent or potential, only making more money. The turn over in accounting, estimating, sales, field employees and foremen should speak volumes. There is no system of consistency. Everything that you see posted on social media and TV is a dog and pony show.
