      Pros

      There are some nice coworkers who are trauma bonded

      Cons

      There is no other way to say other than this place is a scam. The employees that stay in their hearts know, but some stay because of fear. It may be only a matter of time before the house of cards falls apart and I do feel bad for the employees who are just trying to get by and make a paycheck. You get yelled at all the time, never know what is going on, and unless you are "in" with founders, just try to get by every day. Not sure what people see in this place.

      - Good vibes in the office. I enjoyed working with the management and all the coworkers. - Nice office. New, clean, spacious, and well-lighted. - Employee relations. Monthly lunches, drinks and snacks in the breakroom, holiday- or culture-themed activities, book study group, yoga etc. - Management. There used to be a time when processes were not clear and document organization was not perfect, but then the company started initiatives to get things into order and it really helped.

      Not really. As an employee I felt well taken care of.
