Work life balance is paramount and best in class, unlimited PTO is a refreshing experience and not a gimmick. The leadership and culture is now very open, inclusive, empathic and approachable. In the fall out associated with downsizing the team, the leadership worked hard to make the culture a place where success can thrive. The bikes are really cool and working for a company that is focused on changing the way people use transportation locally is inspirational. I have never worked in a better company.
