Variety of projects is good. Senior employees are highly experienced. Salary is credited on time. They offer WFH. Admin support was initially great, but it deteriorated after old staff left.

The organization has constantly provided multiple possibilities for personal growth and learning, creating an environment that encourages employee development. One of the most impressive features I witnessed was the management team's transparency. It is simple to approach any member of higher management, and they always react politely and approachably.
