Pros

Absolute freedom to experiment, voice ideas and execute. Always open to new ideas and improvements. Respectful staff and healthy camaraderie between teams. People are quite approachable including sr management and always ready to offer help A great place to experiment and learn through execution. You will have a freehand ideate and bring your plans to fruition. You are only limited by your ambition. Offers a great cross culture exposure. Despite the multiple nationalities and cultures that exist, one would be amazed to see everyone being united by the purpose of building a great beauty platform.

Cons

Distributed offices hence offers limited face to face interaction opportunities for staff. Depending on the team one is part of, coordinating between different colleagues across timezones is sometimes a challenge

Pros

Smooth & Professional Recruitment: One of the most organized hiring processes I’ve experienced. The timeline from the initial reach-out to the final offer was efficient, and the communication from HR was consistent and helpful. Transparent Company Culture: RAENA maintains a very high level of transparency. As a Senior Revenue Manager, having clear visibility into the company's direction and financial health is vital, and the leadership here ensures that data is accessible and goals are well-aligned. Accessible C-Level & Leadership: The leaders are not just figureheads; they are hands-on and genuinely supportive. There is a "no-ego" culture where you can have direct, constructive conversations with senior management to drive high-impact initiatives. Agile & Entrepreneurial: The beauty tech space moves fast. RAENA empowers you to take ownership of your projects. If you have a data-backed strategy to improve ROI or revenue streams, the leadership gives you the green light to execute.

Cons

High-Speed Environment: The social commerce and beauty industry is incredibly dynamic. Priorities can shift quickly to adapt to market trends, which requires a high level of resilience and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams at once. Scale Challenges: As the company scales rapidly across the region, some internal processes are still being formalized. It’s an "all hands on deck" environment, which is exciting but can be demanding during peak campaign seasons.
