- staff turnover - sometimes working rules only disorganize your work process - a lot of tasks like "do something even it is not needed in fact" - intransparrent bonus system that depends on team work during the quarter (almast never get any bonus for 2 years) - no career perspectives at all (except for sales) - no opportunities for personal development are provided by the management
