      Micromanaged from the regional director level. Terrible training Promote knob gobblers that couldn’t function outside the RailServe world

      Pros

      At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

      Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
